Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect product, or a defective product. If the customer wishes to cancel their order after the delivery because you no longer want the products. They will be responsible to return the items to receive a full refund. A 20 % restocking fee will be accessed. If they cannot return the item or items. the SALE IS FINAL.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Your credit card purchases will appear on your bank or credit card statements as "Nightlife Supplies USA LLC"

CANCELLATIONS: Due to the sensitivity of most of our products. If the customer wishes to cancel an order. They must return the item(s) in their original condition and original packaging to receive a full refund. The returned packages will be inspected before a refund is issued. Customer has 2 calendar days to decide if they wish to return the product if not ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless an agreement is made with the seller. Customer will be in charge of the return shipping cost & the shipping cost that was paid to send the product initially\. If customer returns a product used or damaged. They will be charged for the product or products. A 20% restocking fee will be accessed if the customer wants to return an item simply because they dont want it.

SPECIAL EFFECTS EQUIPMENT RETURNS: To honor a return You have 5days(weekends included) to inspect and test any special effects equipment once you receive it. Any issue with your order needs to be brought to Nightlife Supplies USA attention within 5days(weekends included) of receipt of product via email. After the 5days "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" unless authorized by Nightlife Supplies USA. If a return is agreed upon after the cut off time. Customer will be in charge of the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Once the equipment is returned. It will be checked for any usage, and  inspected to see if it works properly. Only then a refund will be issued. Equipment include, Confetti machines, laser light, general light fixtures, truss systems, fog machines, bubble machines, co2 equipment, and any item that creates and up normal effect. Non stock items that needs to be transferred from other warehouses are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order is cancelled 48hours after placing the initial order via rep or website.. 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Custom products are NON REFUNDABLE so there for they cannot be returned. A return will be accepted only if there is a defect or if the product is not as described. A store credit will be issued or a new unit will be produced. If you receive a damaged product. The buyer MUST NOT assemble it, or use the product in any way. It must be put back in its original packaging to wait for the claims process to be completed or if there is an agreement made between the seller and buyer. If the buyer uses the product in anyway, shape or form, and  does not put the product back in its original packaging, THE SALE IS FINAL If an order is canceled AFTER an art approval confirmation to proceed with production is received from the customer or personal thats in relations with the order . A 20% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED.  "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"  

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Nightlife Supplies USA uses FEDEX & USPS as their main carrier for all our shipments. We take every precaution in packaging to make sure that your product(s) arrive safe and on time with no damages. But since we cannot control what the carrier does once it leaves our warehouse. Nightlife Supplies USA insures ALL SHIPEMENTS incase you receive a damaged product. Once you receive your order, you have 48hours to inspect the product received and report it to Nightlife Supplies USA if there is an issue with its performance or you receive a broken product. Nightlife Supplies USA can take the proper steps on your behalf to file a damaged claim with the carrier to get the product replaced. After 48hours, it is up to you the buyer to report the damage product to FEDEX or USPS. Some exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances. This policy is in place to protect Nightlife Supplies USA  from unlawful business practices. Example: Customer would buy a product then break it when they use it. Then they contact us to claim that they received it damaged. If you do receive a broken product and report it within 48hours as specified. You must put the product back in it’s original package and DO NOT USE IT. Failure to follow these guidelines will void any claims. Sale will be FINAL.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Customer is responsible to be at the shipping address location to receive the merchandise the first time it is attempted. If damages happens to a product due to multiple delivery attempts by the shipping carrier. Customer is fully responsible for those damages. A new unit will not be sent out or free repair will be offered. Customer is responsible to file a "damaged claim" with the carrier directly, Nightlife Supplies USA will assist in that process if needed. Nightlife Supplies USA will not be held responsible for any charges or damages after the first delivery attempt by the carrier.

All customers should phone and make arrangement ahead of time to pick up their orders. This will enable us to have most of the order ready when you arrive and prevent waiting. Please give us at least 48 hours advance notice unless it is crucial and we will make exceptions.

WARRANTY: Due to the nature of our business and how most of our products are used. We do not offer any warranty. Unfortunately we come from an industry that has a notorious reputation of products being broken and mistreated. Some at their very early stage after receiving it. We do make exceptions but they are on a case by case basis. On at most we offer a 30 DAY WAARANTY against manufacturer defect ONLY. Our products are very well built and inspected so we are sure that you will not run into any issues. 

Domestic & International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Signature is required on all order shipped. SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, & VI: A surcharge will apply for these delivery areas. amount will vary per delivery address.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
