PAYMENT TERMS:

You are aware of the dangers of fireworks and willing to assume full responsibility for using these products within that category or related. You specifically agree that you will not sue the seller (Nightlife Supplies USA) or any agent of the seller (Nightlife supplies USA) for any claims that may arise from the use, storage, transportation, or resale of the seller’s products. This release is executed freely and voluntarily by you, the buyer for the purpose of protecting the seller (Nightlife Supplies USA) from future potential liability. You the buyer understand and acknowledge the significance and consequence of such specific intention to release any and all future claims against the seller.
"MADE TO ORDER" DISCLAIMER/WAIVER: Please call us to answer any questions before you place an order of any "made to Order" products. Once you place an order, you have 72hours to cancel for any reason(hours apply to business working days, not weekends). After the 72hour cancelation period, the "SALE IS FINAL". A 20% cancelation fee will be applied if you cancel after the 72hour time period. You will be kept up to date on the progress of your order as time goes on. Once the product is complete and ready to ship. An email confirmation stating the completion of the product will be sent to you as confirmation. After that, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. The SALE IS FINAL once the product is complete and ready to ship. Once you place your order, you agree to these terms and agree NOT TO DISPUTE A CHARGE if there is a disagreement. We stress that you please call us or email us before you place an order to make sure you are at peace with your purchase. The approximate time is about 30-45 business days from start to finish but it may be sooner or take longer depending on our production schedule. All communication on the progress of your order will be via email.
CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS: Products that are considered "CLOSEOUTS" due to it or them being discontinued or because of future price increase. Once you purchase the product(s), THE SALE IS FINAL. No returns or refunds will be issued for any reason. Please read the terms on each product page before ordering, because once you place the order and the products are shipped out. CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Custom products are NON REFUNDABLE so there for they cannot be returned. A return will be accepted only if there is a defect or if the product is not as described. A store credit will be issued or a new unit will be produced. If you receive a damaged product. The proper steps in the claims process have to be taken with the carrier at fault in order for the carrier to compensate the buyer and the seller for the damages. DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Nightlife Supplies USA uses FEDEX & USPS as their main carrier for all our products. We take every precaution in packaging to make sure that your product arrives safe and on time with no damages. But since we cannot control what the carrier does once it leaves our warehouse. Nightlife Supplies USA insures ALL PRODUCTS incase you receive a damaged product. Once you receive your product, you have 48hours to inspect the product and report it to Nightlife Supplies USA if you receive a broken product. Like that Nightlife Supplies USA can take the proper steps on your behalf to file a damaged claim with the carrier to get the product replaced. After 48hours, THE SALE IS FINAL so it is up to you the consumer(buyer) to report the damage product to FEDEX or USPS directly. Some exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances. This policy is in place to protect our company from unlawful business practices. Example: Customer would buy a product then break when they use it. After that, they would contact us to claim that they received the product damaged. This serves as a binding agreement between us and you the buyer. This also products us from any potential dispute or chargeback the buyer may start if an agreement is not made.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Customer is responsible to be at the shipping address location to receive the merchandise the first time it is attempted. If damages happens to a product due to multiple delivery attempts by the shipping carrier. Customer is fully responsible for those damages. A new unit will not be sent out or free repair will be offered. Customer is responsible to file a "damaged claim" with the carrier directly, Nightlife Supplies USA will assist in that process if needed. Nightlife Supplies USA will not be held responsible for any charges or damages after the first delivery attempt by the carrier.
SPECIAL EFFECTS EQUIPMENT: To honor a return You have 5days(weekends included) to inspect and test any special effects equipment once you receive it. Any issue with your order needs to be brought to Nightlife Supplies USA attention within 5days(weekends included) of receipt of product via email. After the 5days "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" unless authorized by Nightlife Supplies USA. If a return is agreed upon after the cut off time. Customer will be in charge of the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Once the equipment is returned. It will be checked for any usage, and inspected to see if it works properly. Only then a refund will be issued. Equipment include, Confetti machines, laser light, general light fixtures, truss systems, fog machines, bubble machines, co2 equipment, and any item that creates and up normal effect. Non stock items that needs to be transferred from other warehouses are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order is cancelled 48hours after placing the initial order via rep or website.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: All orders will ONLY SHIP to the billing address of the credit card used unless otherwise authorized by Nightlife Supplies USA. If your credit card does snot match the billing address your order WILL NOT ship unless verified. Signature is required for all orders shipped with a value of $150.00 or more. Your credit card purchases will appear on your bank or credit card statements as "Nightlife Supplies USA LLC".
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: All international credit card purchases are subject to verification before shipping. Please expect an extra 24hour delay for verification. International order over $5000.00 require WIRE TRANSFER ONLY unless verified by Nightlife Supplies USA.
SEARCHLIGHT RENTAL TERMS & DISCLAIMER: Rental services for our searchlight units is only available for the southern counties of Florida. The initial payment made in the check out area of our website is only for a 4hour service Once you have made your initial payment on our website. We will contact you right away to book the date and collect all additional fees required depending on your area(please see the additional fees before booking). As stated, additional fuel and lodging fees will be collected depending on your area. If we cannot book you on your requested date. We will issue you a full refund right away or we can use it as credit for any future event. All rental fees and additional costs must be collected in order for us to place you on the calendar. If you wish to cancel an already confirmed booking. You must contact us 5 days prior to the booking date. Any cancellation after that will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of your booking NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Full credit card information with picture ID will be collected at the time of booking, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you wish not to provide any additional information that is required to complete your booking. The booking will be cancelled & and a refund will be issued. Additional documents will be emailed to you that will require your attention and for your records. This disclaimer serves as a confirmation that you agree to these rental terms and that you agree NOT to dispute a charge if a disagreement occurs. SEARCHLIGHT RENTALS CANCELATION POLICY:
NO REFUNDS will be issued if the following events occur the day of the booking: You cancel the appointment the day of the booking, weather does not permit us to set up or operate machines, proper permits were not obtained by the paying customer and/or facility prior to booking which caused us to not carry on with our services, and not having a suitable and safe area to set up(park the unit).
Referral program terms: We believe that we provide an unbeatable price for our products but If you already receive a special bulk pricing, there is no guarantee that your referral will receive the same pricing, it will all be based on order quantity which is decided by Nightlife Supplies USA only. Nightlife Supplies USA can refuse service to any client at any time. Multiple offers Cannot be combined unless decided by Nightlife Supplies USA. Please call for more details.
