We can coordinate any installation of the laser space cannon product for permanent use or for rental purposes. A purchase only quote will be provided upon request for the product if you choose to install it yourself or with our instalation services using our highly skilled technitions(recommemnded). If you choose to purchase the product and install it yourself. You must sign a release waiver saying that Nightlife Supplies USA & the manufatuerer will not be responsible for any damage or neglegence during the instalation process. We do highly recommend that you order the unit with an installaion contract using our technitians since they are fully certified and are very knowledgable about the unit. All service and maintannace will be provided by the manufcaturer at an additional cost. You will be fully responsible for maintenance of the product if you purchase the product alone with no maintance package. You also waive all rights if any damage happens due to lack of maintanace. For RENTAL SERVICES only, it is required that our technitians install, operate, and tear down the system at the end of any event, no exceptions. The laser space cannon aka: sky laser is a MADE TO ORDER product, so once you place your order. You have 72 hours to cancel your purchase in order to avoid a 25% cancelation fee. You are also required to provide an ID, a signed Sales receipt, and a signed invoice if you chose to use a credit card as a means of purchase. WIRE TRANSFER or DIRECT PAYMENTS like checks will not require proof of identity. After the product is complete and ready to ship, you will be contacted via email with pictures and information on delivery and/or installation if you choose to use our services to install the product. After 72hours of your purcahse, the SALE IS FINAL no exceptions. Once you receive the product, you have 48 hours to inspect and report any defect or damage in writting to Nightlife Supplies USA. After 48hours of receiving the product. If you do not report any damage or issue, the SALE IS FINAL no exceptions. By making this purchase, you agree to these terms and all other sales terms stated here. For RENTAL SERVICES ONLY, a rental agrrement will be provided. It must be signed and sent back along with a 50% security deposit in order to lock in your date. Our Laser Space Cannon: sky Lasers are availble for rental GLOBALLY. A quote will be provided which will include, set up, time on site, on site technician(s), travel expenses(if necessary), lodging(if necessary) etc.. Balance will be collected 5days prior to your scheduled event date. YOu can cancel your rental agreement within 72hours after we have recieevd your signed contract and initial deposit. Deposit will be forfited if you cancel 5 days prior to your event date no exceptions. By making your purchase by signing all necssary sales forms or rental agreements. It makes this a legal binding contract. Nightlife Suppplies USA LLC has the right to refuse any sales order or rental agreement if the customer refuses to comply with our temrs.
